Here's another fitness fix for you. I found this on Pinterest, and I'm going to do it for a month and assess the impact. I figure, for those days when I just can't get to the gym, or just can't get motivated to run, I can, at minimum, do a daily quickie fitness regimen, right? Join me -- these aren't hard at all!
